Tip: I know this is a simple training tip and some people might not find it very “inspirational” but the bottom line is if you put in the hard work you’ll get the results and when it comes to training sometimes it’s not about being inspired but a willingness and determination to put in the effort and push yourself to the limits each session, so to that end the training tip I live by would be… ‘Don’t cut corners, you’re only cheating yourself!
